We're seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in Austin, Texas, to lead field operations and project execution for mechanical system installations. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Operations Manager position include:
- 10+ years of field experience with a mechanical contractor; prior management experience required
- Hands-on knowledge of mechanical systems, insulation, firestop, or equivalent operational experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with construction software like Procore or BIM360 preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Valid driver’s license; OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Oversee large-scale projects ensuring safety, schedule, and budget goals are consistently met
- Lead and support field staff, monitor operational performance, and troubleshoot project issues
- Build strong client relationships and manage project changes, billing, staffing, and performance
Salary: $80,000 - $125,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
