We are seeking a National Account Manager in Houston, TX to drive business growth, manage client relationships, and oversee key projects across the nation. This role requires travel every other week from Tuesday to Thursday, giving you the opportunity to connect directly with clients and expand your network. Qualifications and responsibilities for this National Account Manager position include:

  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or project management within the construction industry, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue and closing deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with national clients, identifying opportunities to drive business growth.
  • Proactively generate leads, develop sales strategies, and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
  • Oversee project proposals, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful execution.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring exceptional customer service.
  • Work closely with internal teams to coordinate project logistics and resolve any challenges.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the company’s overall success.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and analyze reports to identify new business opportunities.

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year for the first two years, commensurate with experience, with the potential to earn up to $500,000 through commissions, transitioning to a commission-only structure thereafter.
