Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mill Process Engineer position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3+ of practical experience in a process or project engineering role, preferably in food & beverage or manufacturing environments.
  • Hands-on experience in material movement, handling, and working in hazardous environments.
  • Confidence in troubleshooting, process improvement, and conducting research to overcome challenges.
  • Design, develop, and optimize dry corn milling processes to ensure safe, efficient material handling.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
  • Create and implement safety protocols, analyze data for continuous improvement, and troubleshoot process-related issues.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and documentation.

Salary: $90,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual performance bonuses.
