Qualifications and responsibilities for this Mechanical Design Engineer position include:
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and mechanical design for manufacturing applications
- Passion for designing durable, high-performance mechanical products
- Open to degreed and non-degreed candidates with strong mechanical design experience
- Work on both new product development and improvements to existing designs
- Must be comfortable working on-site during flexible hours aligned with a 7 AM - 6 PM block
- Strong mechanical aptitude with hands-on problem-solving skills
- Interest in prototyping and building as well as design refinement
- Collaborate with team members during facility upgrades and workflow planning
Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, and one week of PTO after the first year.
