Description
Our client, a mechanical contractor, is seeking a Mechanical Construction Project Manager to join their team in Wilton, CT. This firm specializes in performing process piping, heating, air conditioning, plumbing, clean rooms and controlled environments, and high purity gas piping services for medical facilities and laboratories.
The Mechanical Construction Project Manager will create project management documentation that may include schedules, material purchases, progress charts, drawing logs, and submittal logs. They will also coordinate with various parties including owners, vendors, subcontractors, architects, and suppliers to ensure timely project completion.
Qualifications for this Mechanical Construction Project Manager position include:
- 1+ years of construction project management experience in Mechanical Contracting for medical facilities and laboratory projects
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science Management, Civil Engineering, and Mechanical Engineering from a four-year college/university, or equivalent experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!
Salary: $85,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
