Qualifications and responsibilities for this Masonry Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in masonry construction or project management
- Proficiency in Bluebeam, On Screen Takeoff, and open to adopting new software
- Plan and manage masonry projects ranging from $30K to $900K
- Supervise crews and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
- Interpret blueprints and project specifications accurately
- Communicate with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and architects
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and documentation
- Conduct site inspections (25% of time) and uphold jobsite standards
Salary: $80,000 - $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
