Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Maintenance Manager position include:
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in maintenance management within a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field preferred
- Proficiency in maintenance software such as E-Maintenance
- Expertise in PLC troubleshooting and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing maintenance teams
- Implementation of preventative and reactive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime
- Budget oversight and cost-effective maintenance operations
- Knowledge of Lean principles and continuous improvement practices
Salary: $90,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
