Description
Take the lead in a pivotal role as Manufacturing Construction Manager with a cutting-edge provider of gas monitoring, analytics, and recovery solutions, serving some of the world’s largest manufacturers in industries like aerospace, automotive, and semiconductors. This on-site position in Hemlock, MI is an exciting opportunity to oversee the installation, commissioning, and startup of advanced gas recovery systems, working directly with industry leaders to drive cost savings, environmental benefits, and operational insights. You will travel to different sites across the country once this project is completed.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Manufacturing Construction Manager position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred; 8+ years of construction management experience required.
- Proven expertise in managing large-scale industrial projects, including scheduling, crane and rigging, and equipment installation.
- Proficiency in stainless steel welding for process piping and electrical installations, including medium and low voltage systems.
- Oversee all phases of installation, including project scheduling, coordinating with clients, engineers, and contractors.
- Serve as primary on-site contact, ensuring seamless communication between project stakeholders and the project management team.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols, collaborating closely with the Safety Manager and conducting regular site safety audits.
- Maintain thorough documentation, including progress reports, daily logs, and safety incident records.
- Supervise and coordinate teams of electricians, welders, and other crew members, ensuring high-quality standards.
Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
