Qualifications and responsibilities for this Service Engineer position include:
- Technical school diploma or college degree
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in machine technical service and support
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls experience
- Assist with machine installation, qualification, and operator/service training
- Operate and service large-scale metal 3D printing machines
- Troubleshoot system issues and communicate with engineering teams
- Develop and track performance metrics
- Train customers and internal team members on machine operations
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
