Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lighting Project Manager position include:
- Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in lighting project management and installation
- Oversee planning, budgeting, and completion of lighting projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations
- Provide support to electrical and installation crews, ensuring smooth project execution
- Review energy audits and savings calculations, and make recommendations for energy-efficient lighting upgrades
- Offer expert guidance on LED fixtures and controls, assisting in retrofitting solutions
- Manage project documentation, including work orders, scopes of work, and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal lighting regulations
- Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing consultative solutions for their specific project needs
Salary: $110,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
