Are you a detail-oriented professional passionate about energy efficiency and lighting design? We are looking for a Lighting Auditor to join our growing team in New York City. As part of a leading energy solutions provider, you'll conduct on-site lighting assessments across the NYC metro area, helping building owners and managers upgrade their lighting systems to more energy-efficient solutions. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lighting Auditor position include:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in lighting auditing
- Conduct on-site lighting assessments, measuring lighting systems and energy consumption
- Analyze lighting data and propose energy-efficient solutions
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams to recommend upgrades
- Use Snapcount Lighting Auditing Software (a plus) and track findings in databases
- Ensure all recommendations meet local, state, and federal compliance standards
- Promote the company's energy efficiency programs to clients through high-quality service delivery
- Maintain a professional demeanor while representing the company
Salary: $60,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including paid time off (10 days’ vacation, sick, and public holidays), 10 days non-paid time off after six months, and reimbursement for gas, tolls, and parking garage fees.
