Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Landscape Architect position include:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field with
- 5+ years of experience, including a strong portfolio of high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Professional licensure in Landscape Architecture required.
- Proficiency in LandFX, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, and 3D rendering programs.
- Strong plant knowledge, understanding of regional climates, and experience in project management.
- Ability to attend evening meetings and networking events as needed.
- Conduct site analysis, produce design plans, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on commercial and municipal projects.
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
