Qualifications and responsibilities for this Licensed Landscape Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Landscape Architecture or related field.
- Licensed Landscape Architect required.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience with a strong background in high-end residential landscape architecture.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD required; MIRO experience preferred.
- Ability to lead a team of landscape architects and production staff.
- Manage projects through their entire lifecycle — from concept development to final execution.
- Serve as a client liaison, ensuring satisfaction through proactive communication and collaboration.
- Oversee regulatory research and ensure compliance with local standards.
- Lead and mentor team members, providing guidance and fostering growth.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
