What kind of resources? First, we'll teach you the latest cutting edge data mining techniques that'll enable you to identify the right engineer. We use many databases from Monster, to LinkedIn, to our very own proprietary database, ElijahSearch. You'll be spending a lot of time talking to people on the phone.
