Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Project Engineer position include:
- B.S. in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (Master’s Degree preferred).
- At least 6 years of project experience in logistics real estate.
- Experience leading smaller engineering project teams.
- Living in the Chicago metropolitan area and able to work from our Chicago office.
- Lead a team of project engineers to manage the design and engineering of warehouse development projects.
- Oversee construction and commissioning processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and improve project changes that impact scope, budget, or schedule.
- Monitor compliance with applicable codes, QA/QC policies, and performance standards.
- Provide strategic direction in collaboration with the Director of Design & Engineering to achieve successful project outcomes.
Salary: $145,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
