Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead HVAC Installer position include:
- Over 8 years of HVAC installation experience.
- Proficiency in mechanics, plumbing, and appliance repair.
- Knowledge of HVAC/R system design and refrigeration principles.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to perform basic welding and equipment repairs.
- Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, refrigeration piping, and electrical components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot HVAC system issues.
- Collaborate with team members, follow safety protocols, and maintain accurate records while providing exceptional customer service.
Salary: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
