We have an immediate need for a Lead Finisher with wood experience to join a well-established millwork manufacturing firm in Akron, OH.

Requirements / Responsibilities for this position include:

Strong background in wood / millwork finishing
Understanding of sanding and spraying / hand staining wood products
Ability to manage personnel and lead the finishing department
Desire to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and great benefits!

Salary: $15 - $20 per hour, commensurate with experience.
