Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Lead Carpenter position include:
- 5+ years carpentry experience in residential projects
- Proficiency in a wide range of carpentry tasks from framing to finish
- Must have own hand tools and reliable transportation
- Responsible for managing and completing various carpentry projects with attention to detail and precision
- Leading and guiding less experienced team members in the field
- Ensuring quality control on all projects while maintaining job site safety
- Communicating effectively with clients and team members
- Managing multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines
Salary: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
