Qualifications and responsibilities for this Lead Automation Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Automation, Robotics, or Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, integrating, commissioning, and troubleshooting industrial automated lines.
- Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI installation/configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with ABB robotics or similar systems and industrial communication protocols.
- Working knowledge of AC & DC motors and drives.
- Strong leadership skills with 3+ years of experience managing technical efforts and leading teams.
- Flexibility to support production needs, including occasional nights or weekends.
- Passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning to optimize production processes.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
