Qualifications and responsibilities for this Assistant Landscaping Production Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in landscaping or a related field, with deep technical knowledge of plant and tree care
- Proven ability to lead a field crew of 15 members, assigning daily work and ensuring project completion
- Must have hands-on equipment experience, including operating skid steers and other landscape machinery
- Excellent client communication skills and leadership presence to coordinate with foremen and crew leads
- Will be responsible for scheduling, job site management, and ensuring timely project execution
- Knowledge of snow operation logistics and ability to manage work through all seasons
- Local candidates only; projects are within an hour radius, and travel is required as part of the role
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus time and a half overtime pay.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers time-and-a-half pay after 40 hours, one week PTO after one year, two weeks PTO after two years, bonus potential including a snow bonus.
