We are currently seeking a Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager to manage multiple crews, set objectives, and drive production while delivering high-quality maintenance services to a portfolio of clients. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Maintenance Operations Manager position include:
- Minimum of 3 years in the green industry with landscape maintenance experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Oversee 5 crews/foremen, conduct weekly inspections, and follow up with direct reports
- Ensure team productivity and gross profit goals are met
- Build a positive working culture that motivates and retains employees
- Verify satisfactory completion of work by visiting and walking clients' properties
- Deliver accurate reports using Excel and communicate with the Account Manager
- Manage schedules, routing, and labor hours per property while implementing safety and quality control programs
- Work hours: 6:30AM - 4:30PM (overtime potential)
Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonus opportunities.
