Qualifications and responsibilities for this Landscape Architect position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture (BLA) required
- 2–5 years of experience in landscape architecture with exposure to high-end residential and commercial projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and production-focused design work from conceptual to final phases
- Actively pursuing or interested in pursuing licensure in the near future is required
- Experience with classic design aesthetics; urban planning background not necessary
- Involvement across full project lifecycle, from planning to execution
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to contribute to a small, tight-knit team
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including job bonuses equal to 10% of project profit, a yearly discretionary bonus, 50% paid health and dental insurance, 401(k) with 3% employer match, 2 weeks PTO, full cell phone reimbursement, $40/week daily travel allowance, and mileage reimbursement for further travel.
