What does it take to be a successful Davron Recruiter?
Picture this; You get a job order from our marketing and data department. What's a job order? It's a company looking to hire an engineer but, they're having trouble finding one with the right set of skills. You dig deep. First you call the Davron client who's looking for an engineer and really understand who they're looking for. What kind of projects are they working on? What kind of skills does the engineer need to have? Don't worry, we'll teach you what to say. You'll then use all the Davron resources to go out there and find them their engineer. You are a matchmaker….matching the skilled engineer with the right type of engineering company. We get paid to find those skilled engineers, so the more placements you make, the more money you earn.
What kind of resources? First, we'll teach you the latest cutting edge-data mining techniques that'll enable you to identify the right engineer. We use many databases from Monster, to LinkedIn, to our very own proprietary database, ElijahSearch. We'll teach you how to recruit engineers, how to present them to Davron clients, and ultimately, how to be an amazing matchmaker and Davron headhunter.
You'll be spending a lot of time talking to people on the phone. You have to get to know both the Davron client and who they're looking for, as well as the engineering candidates who may very well be their next employee. You have to be persistent, convincing, socially graceful, and be able to build relationships with both sides. If you enjoy talking to people on the phone, then this may be the position for you.
Why should you consider becoming a Davron Recruiter?
For starters, our recruiters make between $55,000 to $100,000 per year. After your 90 day probationary period, you will receive a $30,000 base salary, commissions on all placements, be eligible for a bonus, receive benefits including health and dental insurance, and get 2 weeks of paid time off.
Sound good so far? Well, there is even more….we work 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday, provide free snacks, fitness membership, and we'll train and teach you to be one of the best headhunters in the world.
We are located in the heart of Land O’ Lakes, just off US 41 and a short distance from SR 54 and SR 52. We prefer someone who lives close to the office. THIS IS NOT A REMOTE POSITION.
