Qualifications and responsibilities for this Jr. Construction Project Manager position include:
- 2+ years of construction management experience, with a focus on single-family homes and renovations.
- Experience with Procore, Excel, or similar construction management software.
- Lead and manage subcontractors, ensuring day-to-day tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards.
- Oversee project management, including cost estimation, quality control, and design work.
- Ability to source contractors and suppliers, and manage relationships effectively.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required for site visits and contractor management.
Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
