Qualifications and responsibilities for this Job Captain opportunity include:
- 4+ years of commercial architectural or interior design experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Knowledgeable in California Building Code, ADA Accessibility codes, and local city requirements; familiarity with BOMA calculation methods preferred
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects during the production phase
- Architectural degree and CID or NCIDQ certification a plus
- Coordinate and oversee construction documentation and administration from initial design to project closeout, ensuring timely and accurate delivery through all phases
- Monday-Thursday 8am – 6pm, half-day Fridays
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
