Qualifications and responsibilities for this Infrastructure Resident Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
- 5-10+ years of experience in resident engineering or construction management for water, wastewater, utility, or transportation projects
- Experience with DOT, municipal, or public works projects is a plus
- Proficiency in construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Unifier, or similar)
- Monitor field activities for compliance with contract documents, schedules, and safety standards
- Act as primary site representative and lead communications between contractors, design teams, and stakeholders
- Conduct site meetings, daily reporting, and maintain QA/QC documentation
- Manage real-time issue resolution and uphold environmental and regulatory compliance
Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
