Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Technician position include:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial and residential HVAC service (installation experience a plus)
- EPA Certification and MA Refrigeration License preferred (company offers support for obtaining licenses)
- Strong driving record required for insurance purposes
- Experience with boilers, chillers, and hydronics is a plus (training available)
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain detailed service records
- Perform routine maintenance and diagnostics on HVAC systems
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion
- Participate in on-call rotation once a month
Salary: $35.00 - $52.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
