Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Service Technician position include:
- 5+ years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- Massachusetts HVAC license and EPA Certification required
- Experience in commercial, industrial, and multifamily HVAC systems
- Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and local codes
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain mechanical, electrical, and electronic HVAC system components
- Perform preventative maintenance and optimize HVAC performance
- Communicate with customers to provide effective solutions and ensure comfort
- Participate in an on-call rotation and dispatch from home with a company vehicle
- Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Salary: $26.00 - $52.00 per hour, based on union scale and commensurate with experience.
