Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC/R Manager position include:
- 3+ years of experience managing HVAC/R systems, including reactionary services
- MUST HAVE experience with CO2 refrigeration and CO2 rack systems
- Oversee daily HVAC/Refrigeration monitoring and dispatch operations
- Lead and support internal HVACR teams and coordinate preventive maintenance
- Analyze, improve, and implement processes and workflows
- Approve HVACR-related invoices and maintain accurate records of system assets
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support for internal and external partners
- National travel 50% of the time for new builds and existing locations (all expenses paid)
Salary: $150,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
