Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Installer position include:
- 4+ years of experience installing HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, AC condensers, and coils
- Must be able to fabricate sheet metal for ductwork; boiler experience is a plus
- EPA certification preferred but not required
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Monday–Friday schedule, 8 AM to 4:30 PM with overtime and on-call rotation (includes spiff and commission opportunities)
- Install and connect HVAC components, troubleshoot, and ensure system efficiency
- Serve clients within a 20-mile radius from the office
- Opportunity to grow into leadership roles as the company expands
Salary: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus commission and a $2,000 signing bonus after 90 days.
