Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Installer position include:
- 5+ years of experience with residential and light commercial HVAC installations
- EPA Certification is required
- Must be familiar with R410a, 454B refrigerants
- Lead Installer type – must be customer-oriented
- Perform removal and installation of A/C units, including connecting to existing copper and electrical
- Repair or install ductwork using hand and power tools
- Communicate with customers, explaining maintenance procedures and system upgrades
- Adhere to safety protocols and local codes, maintaining accurate service records
- Maintain a professional appearance and proper uniform while working in high-end residential homes
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a valid Florida driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with weekend work paid at double time
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.
