Qualifications and responsibilities for this HVAC Field Supervisor opportunity include:
- 5+ years’ experience in new construction HVAC system installation with a preference in residential HVAC system servicing/installation
- Experience servicing and installing residential HVAC systems is preferred
- Proficient in HVAC diagnostics, repairs, and servicing for residential and commercial systems
- Expertise in diagnosing various HVAC components, including inverters, communication systems, mini splits, and water-to-air units
- Skilled in residential and commercial HVAC installation, including ductwork
- Universal EPA and NATE Certifications preferred
- Conduct quality checks and ensure efficient installations on job sites, while assisting with technical issues over the phone and on-site
- Provide training and support to HVAC technicians and installers in safety protocols and departmental procedures
- Manage team assignments and respond to customer complaints and service calls
Salary: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus commissions and bonuses.
