Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Project Architect position include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture.
- 5-12 years of experience as a Project Architect, focusing on healthcare projects.
- Architectural registration with a current license is required; NCARB registration and LEED Green Associate Accreditation are preferred.
- Proficient in Revit, Sketchup, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of Deltek Vantagepoint and Newforma is a plus.
- Lead, mentor, and direct staff in a collaborative team atmosphere.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients throughout all project phases, from schematic design to construction and post-occupancy.
- Ensure quality assurance throughout the life of the project, maintaining client satisfaction and meeting project goals.
- Develop design concepts, prepare detailed construction documents, and manage project budgets and schedules.
Salary: $100,000 - $140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
