Qualifications and responsibilities for this Head of Construction opportunity include:
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Management, Engineering, or similar required
- 5+ years of construction project management experience, preferably residential
- Experience using any project management software, i.e., Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
- Ability to assist with the implementation and development of a new internal system
- Deep knowledge of project management principles and technologies
- Manage the day-to-day operations of our construction teams across 10 - 30 ongoing projects based in Long Island
- Take ownership of building out the best-in-class practices that will help us scale as we grow into new markets
Salary: $140,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus bonus opportunities.
