Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager opportunity include:
- 10-15 years of experience in electrical contracting
- Must know how to read construction plans
- Proficiency with Bluebeam
- Oversee all electrical projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion while maintaining safety and quality standards
- Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to generate new leads and convert them into paying customers
- Supervise electrical staff to ensure they possess the necessary skills for safe and effective job performance
- Manage the company's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, with a focus on implementing strategies to enhance profitability
Salary: $93,000 - $164,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
