Qualifications and responsibilities for this General Manager – Commercial Division position include:
- Proven experience running a $15M+ commercial operation, preferably in fencing or a related industry.
- Extensive network of general contractors in Texas, with strong business development skills.
- Expertise in estimating, project bidding, and contract negotiation to maximize profitability.
- Advanced project management skills to oversee commercial projects from inception to completion.
- Ability to build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of project managers, estimators, and field personnel.
- Strong operational leadership, including optimizing processes and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Strategic growth mindset, positioning the company as a leader in commercial fencing and future roofing endeavors.
- Proficiency in project management software, estimating tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
