Qualifications and responsibilities for this Gate Technician position include:
- Prior experience in gate installation, access control, electrical, or related technical fields
- Perform gate system installations, access control setups, basic concrete work, welding, and general construction tasks
- Read blueprints, use math and geometry skills to ensure level, clean installations
- Solve problems independently and demonstrate strong initiative in the field
- Communicate professionally with clients and deliver projects safely and efficiently
- Handle physical work, including lifting up to 90 lbs and working with heavy materials like concrete
- Maintain job site cleanliness, safety awareness, and a commitment to craftsmanship
Salary: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour, with the potential to earn $40.00 per hour after six months and taking on full project ownership.
