We are looking for a senior level Controller with manufacturing industry experience who can oversee the financial operations for 3 plants across the US! This role will develop and implement process improvements for the financial department and monitor KPIs across multiple departments. As a rapidly expanding company projected to see significant growth within the next five years, this is an exciting time to join their dynamic finance team!

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Plant Controller position include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field; CPA preferred
  • 5-8 years of financial management experience with a strong background in manufacturing, inventory accounting, and cost management
  • Must have inventory control experience and must have experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Must have the ability to manage budgets up to $30 Million+
  • Prepare accurate financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
  • Manage month-end and year-end closing processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and other closing activities
  • Oversee inventory accounting processes to maintain accurate inventory records and minimize discrepancies
  • Serve as a lead point of contact for audit coordination, addressing findings, and implementing process improvements
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring efficient cash flow and adherence to credit and collections policies

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage at 70%, a 20-25% performance bonus, 96 hours (2.4 weeks) of PTO with flexibility for more, tuition reimbursement, and a 401(k) plan with up to a 5% match.
