This fast-growing company is seeking an Exterior Construction Foreman – Rooftop Decks & Patios to lead field teams on sophisticated projects involving pedestal paver systems, structural decking, and exterior rooftop buildouts. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Exterior Construction Foreman – Rooftop Decks & Patios position include:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing construction crews on exterior or rooftop build projects.
- Expertise in pedestal paver deck system installation and rooftop construction techniques.
- Ability to manage 4–5 person crews on-site and ensure timely project execution with high craftsmanship.
- Hands-on knowledge of demolition, structural decking, paver flooring, and urban exterior construction methods.
- Proficiency with Outlook and Excel for tracking, reporting, and coordination.
- Valid Illinois driver’s license; company vehicle provided with flexible usage.
- Responsible for site-level troubleshooting, planning, and team coordination to meet project goals.
- Strong focus on safety, client satisfaction, and premium finish quality on every rooftop project.
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including 401(k) with matching up to 4% after 6 months, health insurance with company contribution after 60 days, dental and vision insurance, paid time off including a full week between Christmas and New Year’s, bonuses, short-term disability after two years, mileage reimbursement, professional development assistance, a company-paid cell phone plan, and all necessary safety equipment provided.
