Qualifications and responsibilities for this Estimator position include:
- Experience in the insulation industry, specifically mechanical and pipe insulation
- Ability to walk project sites and accurately assess project scope and materials
- Exposure to insulation projects in hospitals, schools, and manufacturing facilities
- Ability to identify cost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering
- Desire to grow into a leadership position and help develop a future management team
- Familiarity with ductwork and related insulation is a plus
- No specific software experience required; internal system training will be provided
- Must be based locally and work fully on-site in New Castle, DE
Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
