Qualifications and responsibilities for this Environmental Construction Project Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience in project management within the environmental services industry
- Experience specifically with asbestos, lead, mold, or demolition is required
- Familiarity with project management tools like FieldFlo, Procore, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and clients through all project phases
- Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs and inspections
- Maintain budgets, schedules, and documentation with attention to quality
- Collaborate with local office staff and leadership for smooth project execution
- Willingness to travel overnight occasionally for project needs
Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
