Qualifications and responsibilities for this Engineering Maintenance Manager position include:
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams in a maintenance-heavy environment, with a strong focus on plastic extrusion equipment.
- Experience with Siemens controls, electrical and mechanical maintenance, and lean manufacturing principles.
- Manage a small team of maintenance engineers to ensure plant availability, machine reliability, and adherence to ISO9001 quality standards.
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of new equipment, including Turkish extrusion machines.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX preferred) for planning and operational support.
- Monitor budgets, allocate resources, and handle contractor management.
- Champion preventative maintenance, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure continuous production support.
- Foster a culture of safety, organization, and continuous improvement throughout the engineering department.
Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
