Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Energy Engineer position include:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field; Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred but not required.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in energy engineering, focusing on building systems, energy efficiency, and utilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive energy audits and system evaluations for ESCO projects, focusing on energy cost analysis and energy-saving guarantees.
  • Lead and manage complex energy efficiency projects, ensuring they meet high-level objectives and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Analyze and optimize building systems, including HVAC, chillers, boilers, and steam systems, to enhance energy efficiency and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement energy-saving measures and sustainable solutions for clients.
  • Travel required (less than 20%) to various client sites in the NE region, with occasional overnight stays.
  • Remote work options available, with a hybrid schedule for those based in Reading, PA.

Salary: $110,000 - $170,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonuses.
