Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electronics Engineering Manager position include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field with 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including 3+ years in a supervisory role.
- Strong background in electronic circuit design, PCB layout, RF design, and communication protocols.
- Proficiency in CAD software and programming languages (C, C++, Python) for embedded systems, with experience in microcontrollers and FPGAs.
- Understanding of power electronics, energy systems, and industry standards/regulations related to electronics.
- Design and develop electronic circuits, components, and systems, ensuring seamless integration with cross-functional teams.
- Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Oversee a team of three engineers, managing department projects efficiently.
- Research and implement new technologies while collaborating with other departments to support smooth operations.
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
