Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electronics Engineer position include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering (with electrical experience)
- 2+ years of engineering experience with electrical/electronic control systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (ACAD Electrical preferred), SolidWorks, Inventor, and Microsoft Office
- Design and configure control systems for detention facilities, ensuring compatibility with existing infrastructure
- Collaborate across departments for project coordination and implementation
- Estimate time and cost for engineering projects
- Perform quality control checks and equipment testing
- Assist mechanical engineers during downtime or as needed
Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
