Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer position include:
- Bachelor's degree in STEM from an accredited university.
- Minimum of 8+ years of industry experience, including centrifugal compressor controls and surge control.
- Proficiency in Rockwell (Allen Bradley) / FactoryTalk PLC programming and experience with Siemens PLCs.
- Strong background in AutoCAD and drafting software.
- Ability to design and execute electrical and instrumentation control systems for pump and compressor production.
- Experience with engineered-to-order oil, gas, and petrochemical process systems.
- Comfortable with mentoring and providing feedback to junior engineers.
- Ability to travel 20% domestically and internationally for field support and customer meetings.
Salary: $120,000 - $155,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus (up to $165,000+ for top candidates).
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with a 60% match up to 6%, almost 30 days of PTO (10 vacation days, 3 sick days, 12 holidays, including winter shutdown), profit sharing up to 6%, and relocation assistance up to $10,000.
