Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator/Project Manager position include:
- 5–10 years of experience in electrical estimating and project management for commercial, healthcare, or higher education projects
- Strong knowledge of estimating software such as Accubid and project management tools like Autodesk Build
- Comfortable managing projects ranging from $200K to $10M in size
- Field experience preferred over purely academic backgrounds; able to connect with foremen and jobsite personnel
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with a preference for hands-on involvement versus desk work
- Must be local to the Pittsburgh area with reliable access to project sites; no overnight travel required
- Ability to manage project documentation, schedules, RFIs, submittals, and change orders effectively
- Vehicle allowance, business expense reimbursements, and cell phone stipend provided
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Benefits: This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a SEP (Simplified Employee Pension) plan with a 6% employer contribution after 2 years of vesting, 3 weeks of total PTO, and all federal holidays off.
