Qualifications and responsibilities for this Senior Electrical Estimator position include:
- Minimum of 3+ years of electrical estimating experience, with hospital or clinic projects as a plus.
- Proficiency in McCormick estimating software, familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, and Excel.
- Ability to analyze project plans and specifications to create comprehensive cost estimates.
- Experience with project bids ranging from $100K to over $1 million.
- Background in hospital remodels and specialized rooms preferred.
- Effective organization for handling quick-turnaround and emergency bids.
- Office-based work balanced with some on-site job visits
- Participation in collaborative decision-making for go/no-go project assessments.
Salary: $75,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus annual bonuses!
