Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Estimator position include:
- 8+ years of electrical construction estimating experience for commercial, industrial, and residential projects.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Knowledge of codes and systems (i.e., fire alarm, security, etc.)
- Ability to create conceptual estimates based on budgetary proposals
- Establish and develop relationships with clients, potential customers, and vendors
- Review construction documents and understand the scope of work to execute take-offs
- Prepare cost analysis for material, labor, equipment, subcontractor, and overhead installation costs
- Responsible for managing and training the development of Junior Estimators
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
