We are searching for a motivated Electrical Engineer, PE to step into a leadership-track role with the potential to become a partner-owner in the business.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this Electrical Engineer, PE position include:
- Professional Engineering license (PE) required; must be eligible for AZ reciprocity.
- 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in a consulting environment.
- Proficiency with Revit, AutoCAD, and preferably Design Master Electrical.
- Design experience in power, lighting, fire alarm, and special systems for commercial, government, and industrial projects.
- Ability to manage junior staff and run an electrical engineering department.
- Perform site surveys, develop electrical designs, and write technical specifications.
- Provide construction support and manage proposals and client communication.
- U.S. citizenship required due to federal and government contracts.
Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus performance-based bonus potential.
